About Me

Hi! My name is Andrea Niestas. I have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and 24 years of experience working in behavioral health. I helped people get to a better place in their lives and worked for 15 years training and mentoring others to do the same. I have created many training programs and have trained hundreds of individuals. 

As I love teaching, I am also a college psychology professor. I do also have a creative side and design my own collection of handcrafted pieces that contain motivational messages.

I am most fulfilled when I can support others. I regularly work on non-profit projects and volunteer my time to contribute to my local community. My passion is to spread kindness, inspire others and help develop empowerment in individuals.
